All firms' contents published on LearnDoubleEntry.org are released under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 unported license.

This means that everybody is free to share (ie, to copy, distribute and transmit the work), to remix (ie, to adapt the work), and to make commercial use of the work, under the conditions called "attribution" and "share alike" (see the official license by following the link above).

At LearnDoubleEntry.org, we want knowledge to be shared amongst students. With this kind of license, you can use another student's work as a basis for your own work. For instance, you can start with a complete chart of accounts instead of reinventing the wheel and create it from scratch. But when you are done, other students can use your exercise as a basis for their own work.

All firms' contents (chart of accounts, journal entries, templates) are published this way, but the firms are not publicly listed. This means that if you choose a slug which may not be easily guessed (like a randomly generated one), it's quite unlikely that other people will ever know about it, unless you decide to tell them.

Since this is a work in progress, things might change in the future. If you have questions or want to give us some hints, please contact us.
